U.S. ice dancers Meryl Davis and Charlie White begin their chase for Olympic gold today in the short program for ice dancing at the Iceberg Skating Palace.

You can watch it LIVE on NBCSN, but if you can’t get near a TV, NBCOlympics.com will also have it live starting at 10 a.m. ET.

The biggest competition for Davis and White figures to be the defending Olympic ice dancing champions from Canada, Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir.

Davis/White and Virtue/Moir have gone head-to-head twice already in Sochi during the team competition, with the American duo winning out in both the short dance and free dance to help the U.S. gain the bronze.

The two teams share the same coach and they also train together as well, so if you’re a figure skating fan, this renewal of their rivalry should be a real treat.
