Keri Herman finished second in the final Olympic selection event in ski slopestyle, clinching a spot on the U.S. Olympic Team in Park City, Utah, on Saturday.

Another American, Julia Krass, won with 92.6 points, but Krass did not qualify for the Olympics automatically because she did not have a prior top-three finish in Olympic selection events. Herman had a 91.8-point run.

Herman joins Devin Logan on the U.S. Olympic Team. Logan, who is also trying to make it to Sochi in ski halfpipe, qualified in slopestyle Friday.

Herman, 31, won silver at the 2010 and 2011 Winter X Games and bronze at the 2011 World Championships. She grew up a hockey player and didn’t hit her first rail until age 21.

Two more women could be added to the U.S. Olympic Team as discretionary selections. The top candidates are Krass, Maggie VoisinDarian Stevens and Grete Eliassen.

Voisin, 15, would be the youngest member of the U.S. Olympic Team.
