He’s lucky. The whole hotel had to evacuate at 2 a.m. in February? Someone should have kicked his ass, hands down. I have a toddler and an infant. Murderous rage would probably best describe how I would have felt trying to get them back to sleep after having to evacuate at 2 a.m.

Yup. He’s lucky. Someone should have kicked his ass. An arrest is not nearly as effective as a good old fashioned ass kicking. It does wonders for aberrant behavior.

The person White kicked decided not to file assault charges, probably because they weren’t injured and actually helped apprehend White in the end. We’ll see if the public scrutiny takes a toll on White’s endorsements.

Why does everyone have to be so judgmental of others’ misfortunes, especially famous people. As if we are all perfect. Ok he messed up, it happens, move on with your lives and hope you don’t end up doing something YOU will regret. I guarantee if you do something similar, it won’t make national news! Sorry for all the bad press Shaun – still the best!!!

Let’s call it “arrested development”. All too often these young phenoms reach stardom while at a very young age. They then get thrust into this maelstrom of fan adulation, press coverage ad nauseum, and self image. The development, in social skills, maturity, all suffer from it and too often it is “arrested”, read stopped. These people need to spend time with regular folks who have jobs, who struggle daily with their jobs, their obligations and their self-esteem, all challenging parts of development ….but, it gives them, voila? development! Instant stardom denies some of these young athletes ot this period of growthl and it often manifests itself in bizarre behaviour.
Try dating one of these phenoms – all they know how to talk about is their chosen discipline. They have excluded all else in their pursuit of victory. They often can’t hold a coherent conversation about the variety of things that make up a regular life. It is thier loss!

Alan3008 Thank you so much for stating that the story says he is 26 years old. Most people with more than a 3rd grade education would have understood I was being fascetious about his age. You being sharp as a marble jumped all over that. Good comeback and good post on your own part. You certainly had a lot of constructive things to say there. Keep up the good work young man and you will go far in life. Your negativeness will carry you a very long way.

You know why hes not more mature then this? Because society lets idiots that are famous off too easy when they do crap like this.

Afterall, what do you think would happen to an average Joe who pulled the fire alarm at an upscale hotel, assaulted someone, and then tried to run from the police? A lot more then being charged with nothing more then breaking a phone, I promis you that.

How old is the flying tomato now? He should be more mature than this. By the way, whose mother wouldn’t be disappointed? I don’t know a lot of his personal life but this behavior I would have expected perhaps 4 to 5 years ago when it could still called youthful exhuberance. Now he is just another stupid drunk gone wild.
